Excalibur PRO mini — 0.8 mm NiTi Endodontic Files for Curved and Complex Canals
The Excalibur PRO mini is the latest instrument in the Excalibur PRO range, designed to meet the demands of the most challenging clinical cases. Made from NiTi alloy with Gold heat treatment, this 0.8 mm wire rotary file exhibits superior flexibility to the standard version, allowing for confident treatment of calcified, highly curved, or complex anatomy canals.
With an MFD of less than 0.8 mm (compared to 1.0 mm for the Excalibur PRO), the Excalibur PRO mini ensures a more conservative preparation of the dentin tissue, preserving more of the natural canal structure. Its 5% taper, combined with an italic S-shaped cross-section, ensures efficient and consistent cutting while reducing stress on the instrument.
Nanocoating technology applied to the wire enhances cyclic fatigue resistance and improves instrument longevity. The painted depth markers facilitate visual control of penetration into the canal, while the 11 mm shank fits perfectly into the endo-motor for use at 500 rpm and 4 torque.
The Excalibur PRO mini is available in two sizes:

Each size is available in three lengths: 21 mm, 25 mm, and 31 mm, in individual blister packaging for optimal hygiene and traceability.
For a complete solution, the Excalibur PRO mini comes with corresponding gutta-percha cones (GP) and paper points (PP), facilitating the obturation protocol in the same instrumental sequence.
