Technical description of the product
Description
The K-file redesigned for maximum flexibility
The ZK Flex is a K-file modified by ZARC to offer much greater flexibility than a classic K-file. Its particular design – triangular cross-section and inactive tip – gives it exceptional flexibility, making it the ideal tool for initial canal exploration, especially in complex, curved, or calcified anatomies.
Not to be confused with classic ZARC Manual K-Files ZARC Manual K-Files are standard steel files intended for exploration, foramen gauging, and manual shaping. The ZK Flex is a K-file specifically modified for increased flexibility and an inactive tip – two characteristics that make it particularly suitable for initial exploration before mechanized instrumentation, reducing the risks of deviation and canal transportation.
Inactive tip – increased safety The inactive tip of the ZK Flex prevents the risk of apical blockage and facilitates progression in narrow or calcified canals. The instrument naturally follows the curvature without forcing, which significantly reduces the risk of creating ledges or blockages.
