Blue Shaper PRO: The 1st dual alloy instrument
The Blue Shapers PRO is version 2.0 of the Blueshapers
The originality lies in the design of the instrument which presents two thermal treatments on the same instrument.
On all instruments, the most apical 3mm are in the "Gold" structure, then giving way to the "Pink" structure for the Z1 and Blue for the Z2.
Why this “double alloy”.
We know that heat treatments significantly improve the flexibility of instruments, but also result in a loss of cutting efficiency.
To compensate for this loss of efficiency while retaining the advantages of the heat treatments used, Zarc has combined the two structures on the same instrument.
Thanks to a process patented by the company, the instruments undergo two simultaneous heat treatments on two distinct areas of the file.
The instruments are sold in the form of 6 sterile instruments sold in individual blisters.
