The originality of the Blue Shapers Pro lies in the design of the instrument which features two heat treatments on the same instrument.
The design of the instruments is exactly the same as that of the Blue Shapers.
On all instruments, the most apical 3mm are in "Gold" structure, then giving way to the Pink structure for Z1 and Blue for Z2.
Why this "double alloy"?
We know that heat treatments greatly improve the flexibility of instruments, but also come with a loss of cutting efficiency.
To compensate for this loss of efficiency while retaining the advantages of the heat treatments used, Zarc combined the two structures on the same instrument.
Thanks to a process patented by the company, the instruments undergo two simultaneous heat treatments on two distinct areas of the file.

The BlueShaper PRO is the next-generation version of the BlueShaper, incorporating a patented innovation by ZARC: dual heat treatment on a single instrument. The design and geometry are identical to the classic BlueShaper — only the metallurgy has evolved, for superior performance.
Dual alloy technology On each instrument, the apical 3 mm receive a Gold heat treatment, which maximizes flexibility in the apical working area. The rest of the instrument receives a Pink (Z1) or Blue (Z2 to Z7) treatment, which preserves cutting efficiency in the coronal part.
Why this dual treatment? Heat treatments significantly improve flexibility, but reduce cutting efficiency. By combining the two structures on a single instrument through a patented process, the BlueShaper PRO retains the advantages of both without their drawbacks.
Instrumental sequence
- Z1: coronal shaping – Pink treatment + Gold tip. 500 rpm – 4 N/cm
- Z2 to Z7: apical finishing – Blue treatment + Gold tip. 500 rpm – 4 N/cm
The shanks are conductive: compatible with a motor coupled to an apex locator.
