Technical description of the product

Description

The classic Excalibur, reinvented for the most complex cases

The Excalibur PRO is the direct evolution of the classic Excalibur, one of the most widely used reciprocating instruments in the ZARC range. It retains the recognized qualities of its predecessor — 5% taper, 30° clockwise / 150° counter-clockwise reciprocating motion, clinical versatility — while making a major technological leap with the introduction of Nanocoating Technology.

Nanocoating Technology: The Big Innovation A nano-coating is applied to the entire surface of the file. This technology increases surface hardness and wear resistance without compromising the flexibility of the NiTi core or shape memory control. Scientific studies show superior cyclic fatigue resistance, making it one of the most durable reciprocating files on the market.

A redesigned tip for better efficiency The Excalibur PRO features a sharper tip that improves cutting efficiency and penetration into canals, including in calcified or curved cases.

Maximum clinical versatility The 5% taper — intermediate between classic 6% rotary systems and minimalist 4% systems — allows for all irrigation and obturation modes. The 4 diameters cover the vast majority of anatomies encountered daily while preserving radicular dentin. The shanks are conductive and compatible with a motor coupled to an apex locator.
