How do I sign up for the loyalty program?
To register, go to the "My account" section of our website, where you can create an account. The loyalty account and the customer account are one and the same.
How can I earn points?
For every purchase made on Endoboutik, you earn 1 point per euro spent.
You can also complete missions! Each validated mission allows you to grow your prize pool and get closer to exclusive rewards. Missions are available directly on your Endo Club loyalty page.
How do I check my points balance?
Check your point balance in the "My Account" section or directly on the loyalty page to see your current total.
How can I use my accumulated points?
You can redeem your points for rewards by selecting the desired option on the loyalty page and using the corresponding code on your next purchase.
Can rewards be combined with promotional offers?
Rewards earned cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
What is the Endo Club and how do I access it?
The Endo Club further rewards your purchases by giving you access to higher tiers and offering you exclusive rewards with each new level reached.
What are the Endo Club loyalty tiers?
Loyalty tiers are statuses reserved for the most active customers on Endoboutik. By reaching a certain amount of annual spending, you gain access to a tier and enjoy exclusive benefits.
