These manual crushers are both light and ergonomic.
For obturation with the so-called Schilder technique, the pluggers allow the gutta to be compacted once it has been warmed with a Heat Cariier. The plugger is selected according to the diameter of the portion of the canal concerned.
As the technique progresses, a rammer of decreasing diameter is chosen in order to gradually lower the cork in the apical direction.
These rammers can also be used in addition to heated rammers. In this case, the rammers are used to compact the gutta that remains stuck to the walls in the bottom of the canal.

They are also used or to make the final plug of the obturation with bioceramics.

Description

These rammers have a metal handle and two ends of different diameters . The complete set includes 4 rammers with the following diameters:

  • Green Z plugger: diameters 35 and 70
  • Black Z plugger: diameters 40 and 80
  • Golden colored Z plugger: diameters 50 and 100
  • Blue Z plugger: diameters 60 and 120
