Sodium hypochlorite remains the disinfection solution of choice in endodontics.
This "EXTRA" version is enriched by the addition of a surface voltage reducer.
The addition of a quaternary ammonium improves the wettability of the solution and optimizes contact with the dentin walls.
The solution is offered in a concentration of 2% (orange bottle) or 5.25% (red bottle)
The 2% concentrated version is particularly dedicated to practitioners who prefer to use a lower and less aggressive concentration in the case of extra-radicular injection. The 2% version is also recommended for revitalization techniques (or revascularization or a lower concentration is recommended to avoid denaturing the root dentin.
It is available in a 200mL or 400mL bottle.
If you use an Endo Station, only the 200 mL bottle is suitable. But you can use the 400mL bottles to fill the empty bottle.
These bottles have a cap suitable for Luer Lock syringes to fill your syringes easily and without risking spilling on your work surface.
