The originality of the Blue Shapers Pro lies in the design of the instrument which presents two heat treatments on the same instrument.

The design of the instruments is absolutely the same as the Blue Shapers

On all instruments, the most apical 3mm are in "Gold" structure to then leave room for the Pink structure for the Z1 and Blue for the Z2.

Why this “double alloy”?

We know that heat treatments significantly improve the flexibility of instruments, but also come with a loss of cutting efficiency.

To compensate for this loss of efficiency while retaining the advantages of the heat treatments used, Zarc has combined the two structures on the same instrument.

Thanks to a process patented by the company, the instruments undergo two simultaneous heat treatments on two separate areas of the file.

Instrumental sequence

The "classical" instrumental sequence is composed of 4 instruments Z1, Z2, Z3 Z4

The instruments are offered in individual blister packs, and sterile . They are ready to use.

Distributed by the ZARC company, these instruments were developed by internationally renowned endodontists.

The instruments are sold in individual, sterile blisters in three lengths: 21, 25 and 31mm.

  • Blister sequence Z1 to Z4: 4 instruments
  • Blisters of the same reference: 6 instruments.

Usage tips :

  • Coronary shaping instruments (Z1 and Z2) - Recommended speed 500 rpm - torque control 4N/cm
    • Apical finishing instruments (Z3 to Z7) : - recommended rotation speed 500 rpm - torque control 4N/cm
