L’information produit
Par Stéphane Simon
As with Medcem Portland Cement, MEDCEM MTA is the material indicated for pulp capping, pulpotomies, apexification treatments, treatment of perforations or even obturation in retro surgery.
Its radiopacity is more marked than that of MEDCEM Portland Cement. Its colorimetric stability allows the use of MDCEM MTA even on teeth concerned by aesthetics.
The powder is mixed on a glass plate with sterile water

Description
The material is made radiopaque by the addition of Zirconium Oxide, a component that meets the ISO standard 9917-1. It has the advantage of not generating any discoloration of the treated tooth, because it does not contain Bismuth Oxide.
It is sold in two forms:
- per bottle of 10 capsules of 0.35g - each capsule allows two or three treatments
- per 7g bottle of bulk product (allows for approximately 60 treatments)
