Presentation of the clinical case
Patient referred by a colleague for root canal treatment of the 46th canal, which became painful some time after the placement of a zirconia peripheral cap. In this case, the use of slimshaper and then blueshaper z3 fine files prevents the canals from being overly widened, as they are identified as long and thin on the preoperative X-ray.
