Dr. David Perrin has had a rich and varied career in dentistry. Graduating from the Faculty of Dentistry in Nantes in 2006, he returned there as a periodontology associate, then as an assistant in conservative dentistry and endodontics for two years.
Alongside his academic activities, he worked in Angers, first as a general practitioner, then specializing exclusively in periodontology for five years. He then moved to Le Mans, where he resumed his general practice.
Presentation of the clinical case
Patient referred for pain in sector 4. Sensitivity tests revealed necrosis of sector 47, which was confirmed by X-ray.
There is a significant mesial curvature with fine canals.
