Endodontics is known to be a complex discipline. And its complexity lies in the detail.

Because the detail is important, and the information is multiple, it is difficult to find business software that is specifically dedicated to this discipline.

More than software in French, it is above all a solution adapted to the European exercise of the discipline.

Endodata was born from the reflection and hard and continuous work of two endodontists, who today offer a solution intended for practicing practitioners, but which also allows the development of clinical research in the discipline.

A solution for the office

EndoData is a digital solution for clinical support for endodontists. It helps the practitioner at each stage of treatment by allowing them to efficiently collect clinical information. The automatically generated reports are then shared with the correspondent and the patient.

The idea of this software is to take advantage of today's digital possibilities to relieve the practitioner in their daily lives.

EndoData improves the quality of patient care while allowing the practitioner and his team to save an average of one hour per day.

In practice, even before their first visit, the patient creates their own file via a secure online form . For his part, the correspondent also completes a questionnaire to which he can attach x-rays and which will automatically be integrated into the patient's file.

This way, the information is gathered and available to the endodontist before the first consultation . Then, at each visit, the practitioner completes a form in which x-rays and photos are automatically added. All this data makes it possible to generate a report at the end of each session in PDF format which is shared with everyone, including the patient.

After treatment, and in addition to the control sessions, the patient can benefit from digital monitoring through recurring questionnaires which are integrated into their file and, if necessary, give rise to adapted advice or anticipated control visits.

Processing support functions

Furthermore, the software has numerous features to help practitioners such as recommendations, classification reminders or lists of examinations and tests that can guide them in their diagnostic approach.

The use of EndoData satisfies all those involved in care, from the endodontist to the correspondent and the patient. The practitioner and his team save time and improve their quality of life. The patient is better monitored, he feels it and is more involved in his care. The correspondent is informed in real time of the progress of their patient's care.

Facilitating endodontic research

Furthermore, the available data (currently more than 40,000 teeth treated) can contribute to clinical studies. This research work is carried out in strict compliance with the confidentiality of medical data and the laws relating to it. Several studies are underway, including one (ReOne) in partnership with the ReCol association, 10 university centers and 10 private practitioners which has already enabled the inclusion of more than 1000 patients.

Thus, EndoData allows endodontists, whatever their profile, to treat better, organize themselves better, communicate better and possibly participate in clinical research.

The equivalent software in implantology: ImplantoData is currently being designed, it is already in alpha testing with several practitioners. It will be marketed soon.
