The DEPPELER company has developed with the Style Italiano group a kit of 5 instruments dedicated to endodontic surgery. (Kit KITSIE+FG)
The cassette includes:

A Micro Detacher (SIE3+FG V). It has two ends. A small one and a large one. Extremely well sharpened and thanks to its double inclination, this micro detacher allows the flap to be lifted with the periosteum without tearing it, very gently.

A surgical micro-curette (VA21+FG R). In the shape of an excavator, its very well-sharpened and sharp edge allows the granulomatous lesion to be removed without tearing it.

Spatula and burnisher (VA10+FG G/J). The very specific shape of the spatula allows the filling material to be deposited with great precision in the retroprepared canal. Particularly suitable for filling with IRM or ready-to-use bioceramic "putty". (Not suitable for placing the MTA). With the burnisher at the other end of the instrument, the material can be burnished in order to optimize the sealing of the filling.

Probe-Plumber (SIE1+FG J/B). This double-ended instrument has on one end a mini exploration probe (0.6mm diameter, 4mm length) which is used to locate the canals on the root surface or isthmuses. On the other end is a micro-plunger (6mm length) used to compact the obturation material in the prepared canal a retro

Rammer (SIE2+FG B). To complement the previous rammer, this double rammer allows the material to be rammed to greater depths. Double rammer with ends of the same diameter (0.6 mm), but of different lengths. The ends are flat, with rounded corners and an inverted cone. It complements the other rammers in the kit.
