Medcem Pure Portland Cement is an excellent material for performing pulp capping, pulpotomies and other treatments that can be performed with bioceramics.
Due to its lower price compared to MTA, it is recommended for treatments on deciduous teeth.

Description
MEDCEM Pure Portland Cment is characterized by excellent colorimetric stability as it does not contain any other additional agent.
This makes it the ideal material for pulp capping, even on teeth exposed to the smile.
Medcem Pure Portland Cement has mechanical properties and bioactivity very close to that of MTA. Unlike MTA it contains very few heavy metals in its composition.
The powder is mixed with sterile water on a glass plate.
It is sold in two forms:
- per bottle of 10 capsules of 0.35g - each capsule allows two or three treatments
- per 7g bottle of bulk product (allows for approximately 60 treatments)
