These blue plastic tips are very practical for working very precisely, particularly under an operating microscope or binocular loupe.
The 120° curved tip allows you to dry a very specific area of the pulp chamber, for example, without the risk of injecting air into a canal, thus preventing any risk of emphysema that could occur if compressed air is blown into the canal of a tooth.
The injection precision of these tips allows for proper separation of air and water at the time of use.
They are also widely used to dry a canal after retro preparation in endodontic surgery.
