The rammers are sold in restocking individually in three sizes:
- 40/100 / 2% rammer (very fine, mainly intended for hot vertical coaction using the Schilder technique or for simple sectioning of cones at the entrance to a channel if you use bioceramics)
- 50/100 rammer - 5% - Equivalent to an MF - ideal for one or three-stage compaction techniques
- 60/100 rammer - 6% - Wide equivalent - recommended for one or three-stage compaction on wide channels.

Description
The essential refill consumable for your Z-Down
The Z-Down is the ZARC heating instrument dedicated to the "downpack" phase of warm gutta-percha obturation—the creation of the apical plug. The heated pluggers are the tips that attach to the Z-Down and transmit heat directly into the canal. These are wear parts that need to be replaced regularly.
Dual use: Heat Carrier and heated plugger These pluggers can be used in two ways depending on the chosen technique: as a Heat Carrier to heat and sever existing cones, or as a heated plugger for the single-wave downpack technique.
3 sizes for all anatomies
- 40/100 – 2% taper: very fine plugger, primarily intended for warm vertical compaction using the Schilder technique, or for simple cone sectioning at the canal entrance during bioceramic single-cone obturations.
- 50/100 – 5% taper: equivalent to an MF plugger — ideal for one- or three-step compaction techniques, suitable for most cases.
- 60/100 – 6% taper: equivalent to a Large plugger — recommended for one- or three-step compaction in wide canals.
Extended compatibility These pluggers fit the ZARC Z-Down as well as older generation heated pluggers.
Autoclavable — reusable.
