The ED60 insert is an irrigation activator that is used with the conventional ultrasonic handpiece (ACTEON or DTE). The insert is very flexible
The instrument is twisted but not active and thus does not cause any shaping of the canal.
The insert is inserted into the canal filled with irrigation solution and activated for 20 seconds. Repeat the operation 3 times, replacing the solution within the canal between each activation.
Do not block the tip of the instrument in the canal.
