The ED6 insert allows you to work directly in the canal, always under visual control.
It can be deformed or pre-curved to follow the root anatomy.
The insert is smooth and therefore less "aggressive" than its diamond counterparts, but it is nonetheless very effective.
It must be used with caution because the risks of root perforations are not zero.
The ED6 is useful for removing a fragment of a fractured instrument in the canal when it is located in the middle third, for example.
