The ED16 insert is a very good complement to classic cutters for creating an access cavity.
Once the cavity is completed, the multi-blade insert is pressed onto the walls to smooth them and eliminate surface defects.
The inactive tip can be pressed on the pulp floor without risking weakening the pulp floor of the tooth being treated.
The insert is short and quite massive.
