Limes C Files - retreatment

C files are very useful for reprocessing. Thanks to their greater resistance to buckling than K files, they are more effective for passing through stops or finishing a filling.
Their apical taper is slightly increased, which gives them a very appreciable "point effect".
They can be used for initial exploration, although we do not recommend them for this stage of treatment, in order to favor the flexibility of the Conventional K file.
To optimize its effectiveness, the file must be "sheathed" as much as possible in the canal. Thus, we prefer to use 21mm files if the stop to be passed is in the middle 1/3 of the canal, then we recommend the use of 25mm files when the stop is rather apical.
Use is done with a 1/4 turn to prick, followed by an immediate withdrawal movement.
