Surgic SMART Piezzo Surgery Motor (Woodpecker)

The Surgic Smart motor is a surgical piezo motor offered by the Woodpecker company.

It is to date the most advanced product in its category, offering three modes:

- "Bone" mode which allows the bone to be sectioned in a very atraumatic way, particularly interesting for extractions, sinus lifts, but also for the creation of bone flaps in the context of endodontic surgery of maxillary molars. It is also interesting for the creation of bone flaps for mandibular endodontic surgeries, in order to allow the repositioning of the cortical flaps at the end of the procedure.

- Periodontics Mode, for scaling and root planing

- the Endodontic Mode, which is the one that particularly interests us at Endoboutik in addition to the "Bone" mode. The generator is not limited to the section of the bone for the approaches, but it also allows to carry out the retro preparation with the surgical inserts (specific to the Surgic smart motor - the ultrasonic inserts are not compatible. For the retro preparation, use the inserts dedicated to the SE5, SE6, SE7, SE8 and SE9 piezo

So, for endodontic surgery, you have a 2 in 1 motor that allows you to do your minimal approach routes, as well as the retro preparation of the canals.
