ZARC hand files are steel K files. They are used for initial exploration of canals, gauging of the foramen or for manual shaping of canals with wider than normal foramens.

The Excalibur is the ZARC society's instrument of reciprocity. Used with the conventional reciprocal movement (30° clockwise, 150° counterclockwise) the Excalibur is part of the so-called "mono-intsumental sequence" instruments.

Flowable obturation material from the Bioceramic family based on Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA). The material is injectable into the canals and the obturation is completed with a gutta percha cone in the so-called monocone technique.

The Z Glider is a pre-canal widening instrument. It is used to pre-widen the canal before shaping it. Its use is recommended only on fine canals.

These gutta cones are suitable for canal shaping obtained with the Excalibur instrument. They have a taper of 5% and tip diameters of 20/100 25/100 30/100 and 35/100 corresponding to the instrument used.

So-called Hedström limes. They are used mainly for reprocessing to remove residual filling material from the walls once permeability has been restored.

Z-Rinse needles are intended for intracanal irrigation. Very flexible, they allow the canal curves to be followed and avoid collisions with the walls which can create defects in the mineralized tissue. They have two holes on two opposite sides of the needle.

C files are useful for retreatment. Either to complete a filling or to pass apical stops into the canal. These files are stronger at their tip and have better resistance to buckling than K files.
